Leadership is the most crucial aspect of society. The failures and successes of society are on the shoulders of those in leadership. But sometimes people assume leadership without necessary knowledge on this crucial and important subject. It is for this reason that i thought i write something on this subject from what i have learnt in life. I encourage that you read it and i'm optimistic you will learn something from it. I have learnt through life that we are all leaders in one situation or the other.

         Mufulira is a town that I have come to call my home. It is located in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. It grew up in the 1930s around the site of the Mufulira Copper Mine on its north-western edge. Mufulira (meaning "Place of Abundance")

SOME IDEAS ON TALENTS

                                                       

A talent is a natural ability one has, it is inborn and every person has one. You don’t struggle in what you are talented to do, it flows effortlessly and naturally and that’s what makes it enjoyable.

    Think of someone singing, it seems very easy when they are actually doing it, but when you or any other person tries to do it, it  proves difficulty. Same with someone who exhibits his skills in soccer, they make it look easy but not that easy in practice. It is in that person and that is why they don’t struggle.
