Leadership is the most crucial aspect of society. The failures and successes of society are on the shoulders of those in leadership. But sometimes people assume leadership without necessary knowledge on this crucial and important subject. It is for this reason that i thought i write something on this subject from what i have learnt in life. I encourage that you read it and i'm optimistic you will learn something from it.          Mufulira is a town that I have come to call my home. It is located in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. It grew up in the 1930s around the site of the Mufulira Copper Mine on its north-western edge. Mufulira (meaning "Place of Abundance")
